Chacha Slides Information Section

Deposit: For each item you are renting on the day of your party there will be a $50 non-refundable deposit
Payment: After booking you will receive a confirmation email and the week of your rental you will receive a second email regarding payment. Please respond to the second email in a timely manner and let us know if you want to pay your remaining balance via the card on file or with cash day of. Cash is preferred, but both payment options are accepted.

Delivery & Setup: Rentals will be delivered and set up at 8 AM.
Take Down: Rentals will be taken down at 9 PM.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing access to electricity and water.

By booking with Chacha Slides, you automatically agree to the following rules:

No Shoes: Shoes are not allowed inside the bounce house or on the slides.
No Sharp Objects: Keep all sharp objects away from the equipment.
No Food or Drinks: No food or drinks are permitted inside the bounce house or on the slides.
No Rough Play: Rough play is strictly prohibited.
No Animals: Animals are not allowed on or near the equipment.
Adult Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times.
Rentals must be delivered to a private residence. No public spaces.

Waiver: A waiver must be signed prior to using our equipment. You can send the signed waiver via email or sign it upon delivery.
Damage Fee: If the equipment is damaged, a $500 fee will be charged.
