Everything You Need to Know Before Your Rental

Welcome to Chacha Slide Party Rentals, your trusted source for bounce house and inflatable slide rentals in Rochester, NY and the surrounding areas! Owned and operated by Mikayla and Dominick Ciaccia, we're dedicated to bringing safe, clean, and unforgettable fun to your next party, birthday, graduation, family gathering, or special event.

Payment Information

Deposit

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for each inflatable rented to secure your event date. Deposits are applied toward your total rental balance.

Remaining Balance

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. During the week of your rental, we will contact you regarding your remaining balance. Please respond promptly and let us know if you would like to pay using the card on file or with cash upon delivery.

Cash payments are preferred, but both payment options are accepted.

Delivery & Setup

We make party planning easy by handling the delivery, setup, and takedown for you.

  • Delivery and setup begin at approximately 8:00 AM.

  • Equipment will be picked up beginning at approximately 8:00 PM.

  • Customers are responsible for providing access to a standard electrical outlet and water source when required.

  • The setup area must be clear of debris, pet waste, vehicles, and other obstacles prior to delivery.

 

Weather & Setup Policy

Safety is our top priority.

If severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, or other unsafe conditions are expected, Chacha Slide Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel the rental. In these situations, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding the deposit if weather conditions arise after setup has been completed.

We also reserve the right to refuse setup or cancel a rental if the installation area is determined to be unsafe or unsuitable for our equipment. Examples include:

  • Excessive slopes or uneven terrain

  • Insufficient space for safe setup

  • Unsafe surfaces or obstacles

  • Inaccessible setup locations

  • Conditions that prevent proper anchoring and securing of the inflatable

If we are unable to safely install the equipment upon arrival, a full refund will be issued.

Rules & Safety Agreement

By booking with Chacha Slide Party Rentals, you agree to the following safety rules:

  • Shoes are not permitted inside any inflatable.

  • Sharp objects are prohibited on or near the equipment.

  • Food, drinks, gum, and candy are not allowed inside the inflatable.

  • Rough play, flips, wrestling, and unsafe behavior are prohibited.

  • Animals are not permitted on or near the equipment.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the inflatable.

  • Rentals must be delivered to a private residence. We do not deliver to public parks or public spaces without prior approval

Customers who fail to comply with these safety guidelines may be held financially responsible for any resulting damages and may be permanently prohibited from renting from Chacha Slide Party Rentals in the future.

Waiver & Damage Policy

Waiver

A signed waiver is required before any inflatable can be used. Waivers may be completed and returned electronically or signed upon delivery.

 
Damage Policy

Customers are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, prohibited items, or failure to follow safety guidelines. A minimum damage fee of $500 may be charged for damaged equipment, with additional charges possible depending on the extent of repairs or replacement costs.
